More than eight years ago, we started on our journey with www.mocacouture.com, hoping to tell the “other side” of the fashion story. We highlighted everyday designers and everyday product creators like ourselves. Today, our passion comes by way of the Moca Botanicals skin care line, which provides all natural and quality skin care for your entire family.
We are on a nationwide journey to help people “Give Themselves a Little Lovin.” That’s what we’re all about.
Each product is an experience that allows you to take the time to treat yourself well. Some of our products include:

Most of our products are handmade and formulated by co-founder L’Taundra Everhart. L’Taundra has been putting her background as a high school Science teacher to good use, not to mention helping stop her own severe allergic reactions to over-the-counter skin care products and cosmetics.
Kim Walker, co-founder, helps market Moca Botanicals to health-conscious consumers like you. She has been working to make the Moca brand a household name since graduating from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2001.
We stand behind our products 100%. We use our products, and so do our family and friends, not because they are supposed to, but because they work! We invite you to try our products and let us know what you think. We would love to hear from you.

POLICIES
Payment: Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express from this site simply by selecting the "Add To Cart" button next to your selected items. You will be taken to a secure SSL Pay Pal site which will allow you to pay using your pre-existing Pay Pal account or by creating a new one. Pay Pal no longer requires check out with an account. We do not accept payment via Money order, Bank Check, or personal check.
Shipping: A Flat Rate Shipping charge is applied to all items sent through the USPS. We do not have a minimum order. Backorders, though rare, are not automatically noted on order confirmation or on invoices. Current turn around time is 3-5 business days within the United States only. Currently we do not ship internationally. NOTE: Purchases of multiple quantities of products may require more than one box to properly pack the shipment. This seems to occur most often with the larger sizes of packaging materials. Should this occur, S&H quoted online will no longer apply. We will email the customer a new, corrected invoice showing final S&H charges for the balance due. If the customer paid via Pay Pal, we will ask that additional funds be disbursed via Pay Pal before we can ship.
Return Policy: Because of the nature of our items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your item is somehow damaged please file a claim with our Customer Service Department. We will promptly respond to try to remedy your situation. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, and it is obvious that the damages occurred as a result of improper handling by the carrier, as the receiver of such goods, you must file a claim with the Postal Service. We ship all orders fully insured.

All of our products are extensively tested and do not make claims without substantiating them. Common sense prevails. Read instructions. Warning essential oil: Do not take any oils internally. Do not apply undiluted essential oils onto the skin. Cancellations: All canceled orders for orders which have not yet been prepared and/or packed will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Please email your cancellation request so you will have proof. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the credit due you. Our website charges your credit card immediately upon order placement. Canceling an order which is already prepared (for whatever reason), including if the customer is dissatisfied with total S&H charges: We will charge a 15% restocking charge on the cost of the products along with the cancellation fee.
Rush orders: Orders are usually shipped out the next business day. However, it may take 3-5 business days to process & ship an order. When placing an order please allow yourself enough time plus shipping.
Private Label Orders: We do not offer private labeling.
International Shipping: We are sorry to say that we do not ship internationally. We currently ship only within the Continental United States.
